How To Access ChatFox Slack Homepage & Settings?

In order to deliver value to remote teams, it is important to deliver real engagement. This means focusing on a chat experience that genuinely builds rapport, creates meaningful conversations, and recognizes important team contributions. One of the biggest barriers to accessing this level of engagement is making it work with the teams already demanding schedule. It is always difficult to find a balance between work tasks and company culture. This is why many companies do not provide easy ways for team members to connect during business hours.

Finding this balance has been a consistent challenge for our team. Making sure that our service does not conflict with already proven team events has been key in seeing our engagement grow. We are continuously working on ways to build better admin functionality in order to deliver a configurable system that provides valuable insights.

Our latest product update was focused on providing additional flexibility around chat activation and scheduling. Now as a Slack admin you can turn on/off any of our chats, choose which channel you would like to see it in, and choose which day of the week you would like our Slack bot to start conversations with your team.

Go To ChatFox App Homepage

In order to access the homepage click on the ChatFox app on the sidebar:

Make sure that the top menu is set on home:

Upon setting up ChatFox you will be asked to choose a Slack Channel and update your chat preferences. You can access your settings at any time at the top right of the ChatFox Slack Homepage:

Select settings at the top right to change the chat settings.
