We have received many requests for more customization of both our Shout Outs and Icebreakers. Customizing these chats does more than just provide more options, it allows companies to truly reinforce the values, goals and skills that drive the company culture. We also recently completed ChatFox Employee Engagement Charts which gives managers a birds eye view of the team engagement week by week. When combined, these features allow leadership teams to not only reinforce the company culture but also see how engaged team members are with said culture. Evaluating team behavior in the wild is more scalable and accurate than many of the other manual data collection methods out there today.

How To Customize Icebreakers

With ChatFox Enterprise features you can activate custom Icebreaker questions. Customizing Icebreaker questions allows you to reinforce your company culture with skills and values that are important to your organization. All of your data is downloadable with ChatFox Enterprise so you can utilize your custom responses in other applications to better train, mobilize, and engage your team members using your Human Capital Management Systems.
